Casein Stabilized Metal and Metal Oxide Nanoparticles for the Efficient In Vitro Culturing of Scoparia dulcis L.

چکیده

Unique physicochemical properties of nanoparticles make them a novel candidate in agriculture and related areas. In the present work, we have studied effect casein stabilized metal oxide nanoparticles, viz. AgNPs, AuNPs, CuONPs, on vitro propagation Scoparia dulcis L. We examined these callus induction, shoot regeneration, root regeneration capacity. It was observed that Ag, Au, CuO had interacted with tissues differently produced calluses difference color, nature, texture. Nanoparticles also affected phenolic compound production, chlorophyll content. Explants showed very good response when treated CuONPs. The formed underwent without changing medium
